Refund Policy

This policy applies to the digital products sold by ThatBiz LLC (“ThatBiz”) and forms part of our Terms of Service. All amounts are in US dollars.
All sales are final
Our products are instant digital downloads. Once you’ve bought one, you have the files and they can’t be returned, so we don’t offer refunds for a change of mind. Each product page lists exactly what’s included and what you need to use it, so please read it before you buy, and email us if you’re not sure a product fits your business.
If something doesn’t work
If a file doesn’t open, doesn’t work as described, or is missing something the product page promised, email mark@thatbiz.online. We’ll fix it, send you a corrected file, or make it right. If we can’t fix it, we’ll refund you in full.
Charged twice by mistake
If you were charged twice for the same product, email us with both receipts and we’ll refund the duplicate.
Free tools and the early-access list
Proof of Clean and the AI Cleaning Assistant early-access list are free, so there’s nothing to refund. You can leave the list any time with the unsubscribe link in our emails.
Your legal rights
This policy doesn’t take away any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
How refunds are issued
Refunds go back to your original payment method through Gumroad and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Questions: mark@thatbiz.online
