Young Sikhs do seva of making roti, a kind of Indian flatbread for langar.

Roti, a kind of Indian flat bread, is a staple served with every meal. To make it, a walnut size piece of atta, the dough, is rolled into a pera, a round ball, and flattened with a belna, rolling pin. The roti is baked on the top of a hot griddle. Several hundred roti are prepared for the langar.
