I have high ambitions for my WordPress blog and so have spent a long time looking at what makes some blogs successful.
The one thing that seems really important is to have an interesting WordPress theme; all the blogs that really impress me all have great themes.
I spent hours looking at the free options but you tend to get what you pay for; although many of these free options looked good.
I came across a review for Ultimate Blogging Theme 3.

The maker of this theme was this young guy who used it to become impressively successful; some people just seem to have a knack for that sort of thing.
One thing I learnt during my hunt for the perfect theme was that it has to do more than just look good; it also needed to please the search engine web crawlers.

As I said, I've spent a lot of time searching high and low for a good theme for my blog and I've not found anything much better than the Ultimate Blogging Theme - certainly not the price you can buy this from.
Maybe if you were prepared to pay a lot of money you could find something that would work better, but you would be going with something that was untested.
Personally, I don't see any point in reinventing the wheel and this is one theme that I expect that I'll be using for a few years to come.
