- 1). Press the release button for the DVD drive and place the DVD on the drawer that pops out. Push the drawer back in; it clicks closed. The movie should automatically begin to play. If it does not, see Step 2.
- 2). Click on the Microsoft flag at the bottom left of your computer screen.
- 3). Click on the "Computer" link. It opens a new window.
- 4). Right-click your mouse on the name of the DVD you are trying to play. Click "Play" in the window that opens. Your DVD now begins playing.
