The Board of Internal Economy is the governing body of the House of Commons in Canada. The Board of Internal Economy is responsible for the finances and administration of the Canadian House of Commons, including its premises, its services, its staff and members of parliament.

The Speaker of the House of Commons chairs the Board of Internal Economy. The Clerk of the House of Commons is the secretary of the Board of Internal Economy.

Other members of the Board of Internal Economy include two cabinet ministers, the leader of the opposition or a representative, and representatives of all political parties holding 12 seats or more in the House of Commons.
