One Person Tents and the Weather Nature and the weather have a habit of winning all the time.
Just look at Napoleon's incursion into Russia.
However, since this isn't a history lesson, the point is that we cannot do much more than protect ourselves as best we can from the elements while still paying homage.
In other words, if you are going to be camping in windy conditions, you will not only need a tent that is strong but also one that is shaped so that the wind will flow over it, rather than pushing against it or lifting it up.
Likewise, if you will be out in rainy conditions, then you need to look for one person tents that are waterproof and also come with a bathtub type floor that extends high enough so that it blocks any ground water from seeping in.
You will also want to make sure that the tent has good ventilation because condensation may become a problem.
If you love winter and adore camping in the snow, then make sure to look for one person tents that come in bright colors.
If you buy a white, green or brown tent, it will be difficult to find in the landscape.
However, if you have a bright orange tent, for example, if something happens such as you end up snowed in; rescuers will have a much easier time locating you.
