- 1). Access the Cox Communications WebMail site in your browser.
- 2). Click "No Account? Register Now!" below the WebMail login data fields. The site will automatically redirect to the Cox Residential Registration page for Webmail accounts.
- 3). Enter the 16-digit Cox Communications account number, along with the first and last name of the Cox account holder. (See Warnings if you do not have the account number.)
- 4). Provide the four-digit PIN number for the Cox account. (See Warnings if you do not know the account PIN.)
- 5). Create a User ID for your new Cox email address. Then, create a new password for the account, and re-enter it to confirm accuracy.
- 6). Designate a security question and answer for the account.
- 7). Provide a secondary contact email address that can be used in the event you need to recover or reset your Cox email account password.
- 8). Answer the Cox account preference questions regarding your account options. Then, enter the characters in the security code image to validate your registration.
- 9). Check the box at the box of the registration fields to agree with the Cox Terms and Conditions for usage. Then, click "Submit" to setup your Cox email login.
