    • 1). Snap out and remove the right side end caps, which are accessible from the side edge of the dashboard when you open the passenger's door. Removing it reveals the screws and clip for the box.

    • 2). Remove the two screws on the outer right edge ends of the glove box using a Phillips screwdriver. Release the clip in the middle.

    • 3). Remove the one mounting screw on the trim panel to the left of the glove box followed by the combined five screws directly above and below the box. Opening the box will make the two upper screws easier to remove. Take out the glove box with its panel.

    • 4). Detach the glove box frame by removing the two screws at the ends and the bolt along the left side with an Allen wrench. Removing the frame may not be needed in most cases.

    • 5). Install the replacement glove box frame--if it needs replacing--and apply the bolts and screws.

    • 6). Connect the replacement glove box and its panel in place on the frame, making sure all the screw holes line up with the holes on the dashboard. Attach the mounting screws along the top and bottom of the box, then the screw on the left side and then the clip and screws on the right edge.
