How to Customize a Blogger Template

1). To change Blogger template styles, search for a free Blogger template. After navigating to the desired website, select a theme that is already available. For example, you might have a blog about Celebrity Gossip. Look for Blogger layouts that you can customize which have featured celebrities.
2). To customize a Blogspot layout style, click on the layout you want and copy the code. Some sites just require you to download the XML file. In such a case, download and save it to a folder in an easy-to-find location.
3). Transfer the code by logging in to your Blogspot account. Once logged in, navigate to the Blogger Dashboard and click on "Design." Backup your template by clicking on the "Download Full Template" link and saving your template.
4). Delete the existing content in the Edit box by right-clicking the Edit box and selecting "Select All" from the pop-up menu. Then press the "Del" key. Next, paste the new Blogger template by pressing the "Ctrl" and "V" keys simultaneously. Click on the "Preview" button to view the template. Click "Save Changes" when done.
