How to Create a DNS Alias in Go Daddy

    • 1). Note the IP address of your Go Daddy server. You can find it through the registration confirmation email when you first created an account with Go Daddy.

    • 2). Launch your Web browser you and navigate to "https://[[ipaddress]]:2087/." Replace "IP Address" with your Go Daddy server's IP address.

    • 3). Enter "Root" as the user name and type your Go Daddy password when prompted. Click "OK." You will now have a DNS alias with Go Daddy.
