Click on the admin page and you are now going to have a lot of options for settings.
You can basically leave all the settings as they are.
Scroll down and click on update options.

Scroll down to the SEO plugin pack and you will see that you can enter a Title for this Post for the search engines to see a description and key words.

REMEMBER, when thinking about what type of keywords to use think like your customer and what your customer what search for to find you.
Put these words in your Title, description and key word areas.
