    • 1). Hold down the "Ctrl + Alt + Del" keys to bring up the Windows Task Manager.

    • 2). Select the "Processes" tab.

    • 3). Right-click on the file labeled "ci.dll" and click "End Process." Do the same for the file labeled "lavukas.dll."

    • 4). Close the Task Manager.

    • 5). Open the "Run" dialogue from your Start menu.

    • 6). Type "regedit" and click "Enter."

    • 7). Delete the following registry keys by right-clicking them and selecting "Delete."
