One of the most difficult things that I know that goes with anxiety is the unending worries that occupy your mind.
Quite often it overpowers you and you just want it to stop in order for you to move on with your life.
Allow me to share five tips that can help you end neurotic thoughts and stop worrying now: The first thing to do is to write in a journal or you can write on a piece of paper and write everything you are worried about.
Just write non-stop and get every worry out on paper.
It should take about 10 to 15 minutes to do that.
Write everything down.

""What if i have a anxiety attack while driving?" or "What happens if I'm going to die?") however big or small it may seem.
The second thing to do is to sit back and just think about each and every worry.
How would you respond if the scenario came true? Could you recover from it or handle it? There are very few things in life that may happen that you don't have the power to handle or recover from.
Oftentimes, just having a Plan B helps to alleviate any worrisome thoughts you might have and help you stop worrying now.
Third take the time to address every one of the worrisome thoughts you can't control.
There are not many things that can't be controlled.
The first thing to do is to accept it because there's nothing you can do about it.
Stop getting worried over them because it's out of your hands and they serve no purpose.
Think of a more realistic outcome instead and keep reminding yourself about this when you are starting to worry again.
Fourth, eliminate stress in your life.
When you are getting stressed, worry tends to pop in your life whether it be work or personal problems.
Make some time to relax and stop thinking about your problems.
This can help you to stop worrying now even if you do it for 5 or 10 minutes.
The fifth thing to do is to know when to seek help.
If these problems becomes a serious obstacle for your ability to deal with life, don't handle this all by yourself.
Do not be ashamed to talk to a friend or to find a good psychologist to give you advice.
Constant worrying tends to takes over your life and this can be a great deal of distress for you.
