How to Fix a Radiator Leak with 2216 Epoxy

    • 1). With a hose, clean the radiator and radiator hoses with cold water. Wipe the area clean with a cloth and soapy water. Rinse it with water and dry it off.

    • 2). Apply epoxy 2216 to the leaks on the radiator. Allow it to dry. Then apply a second coat of epoxy over the first and let it dry.

    • 3). Apply epoxy to leaks in the radiator hose. Let the epoxy dry. Firmly wrap duct tape three times around the patched area on the hose. The duct tape will strengthen the patch.
