Some guys are just able to get all the hot girls.

 They don't look that much better than me, they don't need to be rich or anything, but they just get the girls.

But for all your generous comments and flirtatious gestures; she seems to be the girl who is the hardest to connect in the group of girls.
Why is that?  It's because she knows you're interested in her.
Because you're interested in her and not the others, she feels socially elevated.
If she gives in to you, she knows her "elevated" social status will go down.
So she maintains her unattainable position.
Of course, there is a way to not only overcome this problem, but to REVERSE it in your favor.
Whenever you see this happening, DEFLECT your interest and attention to one (or more) other girls.
Challenge her.
This will cause a reverse reaction in her - now she will try to GET your attention! Girls, more often than other people, want what they feel they cannot have.
