Programs

• The main applications within Works 2006 are a simple word processor, spreadsheet package, database utility and calendar program. These offer an alternative to the more expensive Microsoft Office package for simple home office requirements.
  
  Works Suite 2006 also includes a full version of Microsoft Word 2002, part of the Microsoft Office suite, for more advanced word processing.

• In addition to the core Works applications, Works also includes Digital Image Standard 2006 for image editing, and Streets and Trips Essentials 2006, for route-finding.
