€ Now to enable the file in your Android device download the Dolphin browser that is available at Google Play. Go to Settings-> Dolphin Jetpack, enable it->Web Content
€ A window of the Flash Player will appear, from here on you need to turn it on using the €Always On' option
€ If you are searching for another option then, you need to check with Add Flash option to your device that will give you Puffin browser to perform your tasks.
