- 1). Press the "Open/Close" button located in the upper-right corner of the remote to open the DVD tray.
- 2). Press the "PROGRAM" button, located just below the numbered buttons on your remote.
- 3). Press the "ZOOM" button, located in the middle of your remote. This sequence will reset the player to its factory settings.
