How to Flash a HTC 6800 Titan to Cricket Cellular Service

    • 1). Connect your phone to the computer. Download GetSPC (see Resources). Extract the downloaded files to the root drive of your phone. Disconnect the phone.

    • 2). Go to "Start" then "Programs" and then "File Explorer" on your phone. Double click on the GetsSPC installer files. Wait for GetSPC to install. Go back to the "Programs" menu and launch GetSPC.

    • 3). Open the battery panel on your phone. Locate the ESN Hex number and write it down. Power the phone back on and launch GetSPC. Type your ESN Hex into the "Input" field and click "Go." The "Output" field will give you your SPC code. Copy it down.

    • 4). Download QPST Configuration for free (see Resources). Connect your phone to the computer with a USB cable and then open the QPST Configuration utility. Your phone will appear in the list of Ports as a USB Baud.

    • 5). Go to the "Start Clients" menu in QPST and select "Service Programming." A Phone Selection screen will pop up then click "OK." A pull-own menu will appear. Select your device from the list and click "OK."

    • 6). Click "Read from Phone" in the Settings tab. Enter your SPC code when prompted and click "OK." Change your SPC code to 000000 in the Service Programming field. Change the One Time Subsidy Lock to 000000.

    • 7). Click on the "Roam" tab. Click "Browse" in the Preferred Roaming section. Select the "CricketEVDO" PRL file. Click on "Write to Phone." Click "No" when the pop up window appears.

    • 8). Disconnect your phone from your PC. Dial "611." Your phone will connect to the Cricket customer service automated number. Hang up the phone. You have now flashed your Titan to the Cricket Cellular network.
