- 1). Turn off your camera by pressing the power button. This button is on the top of the camera.
- 2). Open the battery hatch and remove the battery. The hatch is on the side of the camera.
- 3). Hold down the power button for 15 seconds, then release the power button and insert the battery. Your camera is now reset.
