TV Ears Wiring Guide
- The TV Ears consist of two pieces of equipment: a wireless and rechargeable headset, and a transmitter that sends the signal to the headset and holds and recharges the headset when not in use. They also come with a power supply cord and an audio cable.
- Before the TV Ears will function, the components must be positioned and connected by the cables. Set the transmitter on top of the TV or next to the TV on the television stand. Plug the black end of the audio cord into the the transmitter port marked "Audio." Plug the red and black plugs on the other end of the cable into the "Audio Out" ports on the back of the television. Plug the cable end of the power cord into the back of the transmitter, and the plug end into the wall socket.
- Allow the headset to charge on the transmitter for at least one hour before using. After charging, turn on the power on the headset and the TV to hear audio through the headset.
