- 1). Connect the Samsung Rant to your personal computer. Insert the mini-USB end of the mini-USB-to-USB adapter into the Samsung Rant's mini-USB Charger/Accessories port. Insert the USB end of the adapter into an available USB port on your computer.
- 2). Push the "Home" button on the keypad of your Samsung Rant.
- 3). Push the "Menu/OK" button on your Samsung Rant.
- 4). Select "Connect to PC" from the "Mass Storage" tab under the "Tools" menu. Wait for your computer to recognize the Samsung Rant as an attached device.
- 5). Double-click the Samsung Rant device icon in your file manager on your computer to open its file folder window. Alternatively, you can click on the "New Hardware/Device Found" pop-up in your taskbar if applicable.
- 6). Open your computer's file-manager folder containing the MP3 music files you wish to send to your Samsung Rant.
- 7). Drag and drop files from their original file folder to the Samsung Rant's. Safely remove the Samsung Rant from your computer when you are done. Right-click on the Samsung Rant's device icon and select "Safely Remove Hardware/Device." Alternatively, you can click the "Safely Remove Device" icon in your Start Menu bar if applicable.
