Change Sync Settings

• 1). Connect the iPod to the computer that has the iTunes library you wish to sync with your iPod. The iPod connects to that computer via the portable player's USB cable.
  
  
• 2). Open iTunes on the computer.
  
  
• 3). Click the iPod name or "iPod" category on the left side of iTunes, located under the "Devices" option.
  
  
• 4). Click the "Summary" tab found at the top of iTunes.
  
  
• 5). Click on "Manually manage music and videos" located in the middle of iTunes. Click "Apply" located at the bottom of the program to save the setting on the iPod.
  
  

Add Music to iPod

• 1). Click the "Music" option under the "Library" category, located inside the left iTunes column.
  
  
• 2). Choose all of the music in the center of iTunes that you want to add onto your iPod by clicking on the files.
  
  
• 3). Drag all of the chosen music files to the iPod, still listed under "Devices." The selected music will be transferred to your iPod.
