How to Make a Homemade Tactical Flashlight Holder
- 1). Place newspaper down on a table. Place a sheet of wax paper down on the newspaper. Place the cardboard down on the newspaper.
- 2). Shake the can of black spray paint. Spray the paint on the cardboard. Let the paint dry for two hours. Turn the cardboard over. Shake the can of black spray paint again. Spray the other side of the cardboard. Let the paint dry for two hours.
- 3). Remove the wax paper from beneath the cardboard and dispose of it.
- 4). Draw a 5x7 inch rectangle on the cardboard using the ruler and the pencil. Cut out the 5x7 inch rectangle with the utility knife. Discard the rest of the cardboard.
- 5). Orient the 5x 7 inch rectangle so that the long end extends from left to right. Place the tactical flashlight in the center of the 5 x7 inch rectangle so that it extends from left to right.
- 6). Place the ruler at the top of the flashlight so that it extends from left to right. Lightly score the cardboard along the length of the ruler using the utility knife.
- 7). Place the ruler at the bottom of the flashlight so that it extends from left to right. Lightly score the cardboard along the length of the ruler using the utility knife. Remove the tactical light.
- 8). Fold the top and bottom edges of the cardboard up along the scored lines so thad they meet each other in the middle. Smooth the two edges down. Now stand the two edges back up.
- 9). Apply white glue along the length of one side of the tactical flashlight. Place the tactical flashlight, glue side down, into the 5x7 inch rectangle so that it extends from left to right. Let the white glue dry for 20 minutes.

Position the tactical flashlight holder you have made beneath the barrel of a toy gun. Wrap three rubber bands around the barrel and the 5x7 inch rectangle to hold the two of them together. Turn on the tactical flashlight when it's time to use it.
