- 1). Call the toll free number for your service provider. This number can be found on the homepage of the carrier's website or on your monthly bill.
- 2). Select the option to speak with a customer service representative.
- 3). Inform the CSR that you would like to add a number to your blocked call list. If your service provider doesn't have a specific blocked call list, request a line block for the specific number.
- 4). Answer any security questions the CSR asks you and provide the CSR with the number you would like to block.
- 5). Confirm the block and the number will be prevented from calling your phone.
